Contemporary piano recital and wine tasting
Neus Estarellas arrives at ME_MMIX with a recital that brings contemporary piano into dialogue with the world of wine. A Mallorcan pianist passionate about the avant-garde and multidisciplinary approaches, Estarellas has built a career shaped by curiosity and a desire to explore new languages, both through performance and through stage-based experimentation.
With extensive experience in contemporary music and collaborations with composers and ensembles across Europe, her repertoire moves beyond the conventions of the traditional recital, opening up new ways of listening and perceiving. The piano thus becomes a space for experimentation, capable of engaging in dialogue with different disciplines and contexts.
On this occasion, music shares the spotlight with a wine tasting, bringing listening and taste together. An experience that invites audiences to pay attention to nuances, textures and sensations, and to discover possible connections between two very different ways of perceiving and interpreting the world.
