Enquiries and contact
We process the data you provide —such as name, email address, organisation, subject and message— in order to answer enquiries and handle the requests you send us. The legal basis is your consent and, where applicable, the implementation of pre-contractual measures requested by you.
Registrations, accreditations and activities
We process the data needed to manage registrations, accreditations, attendance and communications relating to the requested activity. The legal basis is the handling of your request, your consent where necessary, and compliance with the applicable legal obligations.
The ME_MMIX newsletter
If you subscribe, we will process your email address in order to send you festival news, programme, artists, tickets and activities. The legal basis is consent, which we validate through double opt-in. You may withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every message or by writing to direccio@memmix.net, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Website security and operation
We may process minimal technical data, such as security logs, in order to prevent abuse, protect the website and resolve incidents. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure service.
3. Retention
- Enquiries will be kept for as long as necessary to answer them and to address any potential liabilities.
- Registration and accreditation data will be kept for the periods required by the applicable regulations.
- Newsletter data will be kept until you withdraw your consent. Unconfirmed subscriptions will be deleted after 30 days.
- Technical logs will be kept only for as long as necessary for security and incident resolution.
