Glymur offers an experience in which music and image coexist within the same space. The Mallorcan band moves between dream pop, post-rock and electronic music, combining acoustic instruments, synthesizers, vocals and visual art to create its own distinctive sonic and performative universe.
Their music unfolds through soundscapes that evolve across textures, melodies and atmospheres, while live projections expand the performance into the audiovisual realm. It is an approach to live performance in which the visual component is not merely an accompaniment, but another layer through which to interpret and experience the music.
With a trajectory shaped between Mallorca and Australia, and an artistic imagination also connected to the concept of Song Lines —songs as navigational maps in Australian Aboriginal traditions—, Glymur presents an immersive experience that invites audiences to surrender to the interplay of sound, light and image.
