Sergio Luque (1976)
Composer of vocal, instrumental, and electroacoustic music, and researcher in computer music. He lives in Madrid, where he directs and teaches in the Master’s Program in Electroacoustic Composition at the Centro Superior Katarina Gurska, and serves as curator of the VANG New Music Festival at the Palacio de Cibeles. In addition, he is a guest lecturer at the Institute of Sonology of the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague.
He holds a PhD in Musical Composition from the University of Birmingham, where he studied with Jonty Harrison and Scott Wilson, and is a member of BEAST (Birmingham Electroacoustic Sound Theatre).
Anxe Faraldo is a creator of experimental music. His work focuses on the systematic exploration of processes that maximize minimal resources, developing a performative, critical, and ecological perspective on electronic sound, as manifested in the Feedback Study Series, his digital synthesizer MISS, and his approach to the no-input mixer, as well as in his installations and interdisciplinary collaborations.
